How do you send a package to Afghanistan to a marine?

my bf is in afghanistan and he already told me like the address or whatever but i dont know exactly how it works so can someone tell me how it works and how long it would take !!! and is it ok to send him chew or dip?

Chew or dip is ok. Use the US Post Office priority Boxes it will take 7 to 10 days some times more if the weather is bad. Good luck and keep in touch with him as often as possible.
